Submitting a Data Subject Rights Request

GDPR gives individuals the right to obtain a copy of their personal data as well as other supplementary information. A data subject rights request allows users to obtain information that helps them understand how and why their data is being used.

Data Subjects Rights Requests can have different purposes. A user may submit a request with regard to their own data in order to:

• Access personal data
• Delete personal data
• Update personal data
• Restrict use of personal data
• Export personal data

After you submit a request, you will receive a verification email within 24 hours of submitting the ticket. The email will contain instructions you are required to complete to validate and proceed with the request. Unverified requests will not be processed and will close automatically after 5 business days.
