At TechSmith, we work with individual users, organizations, and authorized partners. We have 30 people in some kind of Sales or Sales Support role. We use over 12 systems all day, and these systems, policies, our processes, and the software that we are selling change all the time. It’s a lot of moving parts! Did I mention time zones?
