Speed Up Your Snagit Workflow

Learn three ways to customize Snagit to match your workflow and make it even faster to capture, edit, and share.

Introduction

Create Capture Presets and Hotkeys (1:37)

Create presets to save and quickly launch frequently-used capture settings. For example, create presets for these common capture workflows:

  • Copy a capture to the clipboard without opening Snagit Editor.
  • Automatically add effects to your image, such as a border or information about the capture.
  • Directly save captures in a specific file format and location.

  1. In the Capture Window, adjust the settings for the capture preset you want to create. To learn more about capture settings, see Capture an Image or Record a Video with Snagit.
