When you start making videos with multiple parts, some planning can make it easier to get everything you need and ensure you don’t miss anything. Shot lists also help you plan out the order to shoot in. This will help make sure that your shots look the same when they need to. Remember, going back to make a shot look the same again later is difficult, especially once you’ve moved your camera or lights.
To help you get organized, we put together a shot list template. We have two formats – one for Google drive (link), and one for Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).
